Russell Domingo flew back South Africa after Lord's defeat

In a shocking news to South African Cricket after losing the Lord's Test, their coach Russell Domingo has now flew back home for family reasons.

South Africa Coach's mother has been readmitted to hospital and placed on life support, having suffered a regression in the wake of the car accident that she was involved in last month.

Domingo flew to South Africa earlier during his team's Twenty20 series against England in the immediate aftermath of the accident, but returned to England in time to guide South Africa for the 4-match Test series.

South Africa already lost Kagiso Rabada for the Trent Bridge Test as a one-match suspension aand now they will be without their Coach as well when they take field in the 2nd Test on Thursday (July 14).

However, the return of their Test captain Faf du Plessis, who missed the first Test following the birth of his first child will be a big boost for the Visitors in this tough phase.
